Strategic Considerations in Self-Governance: How & Where to Start

Over the years of developing the Fellowship and the Four Pathways that make up the Foundation for Self-Governance one of the most regularly asked questions is where do I start? Like many of us living with dynamic awareness, our answer has regularly been, “it depends on your particular situation and goals”. This article is an upgrade in that response and an attempt at providing Sacred Honor members with deeper insights and key considerations to help evaluate and discern where to start and how to engage their path forward.

Self-Governance and the application of Lawful Remedies is truly a unique lifestyle that is often driven by individual needs, the unique conditions and context of our lives, as well as any significant pressing issues that inspire folks into self-determination and applying lawful remedy. Each member begins their journey into private self-governance from their own unique situation depending on how they have been administering their affairs previously. Additionally, the individual goals each member has related to plotting their journey into the private, will determine which pathway progression promotes this journey in order of relevance.

As the Fellowship and Directors progressed over time, and learned how more members have expressed these lawful methods, we can today articulate a series of strategic considerations. We offer this guide to members new and old, wondering how and where to start, and what to keep in mind while planning for your future through the Foundation for Self-Governance.

As a disclaimer, this article series on the topic of ‘Where to Start with Sacred Honor’ are in no way a complete comprehensive guide to “how, what, or when” as again, this all depends on many factors. It is nonetheless, a hearty contribution into the following:

Things to think about as you step into and advance your walk in the Pathways
Distinctions amongst the pathways, and some small areas of overlap
Key notations of where one pathway may be more suitable to start with or preface the next

Fundamentally, Sacred Honor Educational Fellowship has curated, verified, and distilled the methods and teachings within the Pathways to stand strong on their own, while also building an integrated and holistic approach to living life in the private ledger. Combined, all these remedies support and strengthen one's lawful standing and capacity to function fully in the private while having choice, agency, and authority in navigating the public.

These measures are not foolproof; they require genuine intelligence, critical thinking, and self-responsibility to steward well and successfully. Yet, we are delighted to celebrate with our growing member base countless success stories of members liberating themselves from encumbrances, debt, and safeguarding their earnings and estates to govern their divine purpose in the world, and leave a legacy.

To start, let’s take a brief look at each of the Four Pathways and call out areas they target, as well as some considerations that may help you gauge your pace and prioritization of the pathways.

Strategic Callouts in the Foundations For Self-Governance

As mentioned, the Foundation for Self-Governance found amidst the Four Pathways, empowers building a life in the private ledger; while being able to navigate the public as needed.

Here are some brief, high level call outs on each of the Four Pathways and where they may fit in your developmental journey of building a life in the Private.

National Status & Passport Pathway:

Considered a “pre-emptive shield.” This is an excellent place to start for folks who are not pressed to secure assets, or get themselves out of a pickle. This simple, straightforward pathway builds an essential foundation of establishing yourself in strong standing outside of the corporate fiction; including, but not limited to: liberating oneself from federal and state taxes, as well as other “U.S. citizen” obligations, obtaining a “Do Not Detain” status on your passports, handling traffic tickets, while also preserving many of the benefits of being an American, should you choose and administer accordingly.

In terms of how this pathway relates to other pathways: National Status is for individuals only, not applicable to Trusts or corporations - but could be applicable to individual beneficiaries that are within a trust. Can readily be done alongside the Trifecta, and achieves some valuable prerequisites for Allodial Land positioning. National Status prevents a lot of attacks, and works best when you have a fairly clean slate. National Status should not be applied to taxes at the same time as applying Equity discharge practices.

Trifecta Pathway:

Seen as the heartbeat of the Fellowship, this pathway equips members to build their lives in the private ledger through private ministry bodies, trusts and private associations integrated together. In essence, it is private estate planning and management, empowering members to protect assets and conduct their affairs and business in private. This is where legacy is developed, protected and passed down to next generations depending on your plan. For the most part, this is the foundation that you build upon to where you are left alone. The other pathways support Trifecta by clearing the way to be left alone or can be integrated into the foundational structure at some point.

In terms of how this pathway relates to other pathways: Can readily be done alongside National Status, Equity or Allodial Land. Trifecta offers some expedient benefits that can synergize well with private exchange and banking. Is the key to separating certain assets for risk management, such as houses, vehicles & certain large equipment, so it can provide an excellent protective measure to safeguard assets prior to facing legal challenges or potential confrontations with public agencies that may occur while applying Equity, which can liberate you from public debt or repent from previous contractual obligations. Trifecta is a great stepping stone to protect real-estate until you are ready for Allodial Land. This also can also be the vehicle that migrates assets from the public to the private.

Equity Passage Pathway:

Equity Jurisprudence is the private remedy meant to settle public claims and charges to be released of obligations and liabilities in honor. Internally, seen as a ‘clean up crew’ that empowers self-governing individuals and entities to navigate the public domain; Equity Jurisprudence has the capacity to ‘time travel’, work retroactively, and clean up past situations that impose significant contractual entanglement, debt and dishonor associated. Depending on the level of threat or pressure members are facing can help inform where Equity Passage may come into play in your Self-Governance journey. For some, it is where they best begin given the degree of contracts that need to be cleaned up or public matters that need to be navigated or resolved. For others it fits best as they advance further into liberation and preservation.

In terms of how this pathway relates to other pathways: Beneficiaries & structures within trusts would want to use Equity if they have any matters to clean up or navigate in the public. Contracts can supersede status, so if you have a lot of contracts involved then Equity is the clean up crew. Some circumstances of applying Equity are benefited by having greater standing and record established in the private ledger, while other circumstances have no relevance to status. Generally speaking, the more history and administrative record holding one's position in the private, they may have a stronger standing in an instance that applying Equity may consider such things.Individuals applying Equity discharge should not apply National Status to tax obligations at the same time, this is considered mixing processes and best be avoided.

Allodial Land Pathway:

Advances homeowners on the critical path of liberating their land from encumbrances by claiming the Land Patent and stepping into the covering of the Supremacy Clause. This is a foundational move for home owners interested in stewarding their land and leaving to heirs, declaring land private, and positioning themselves to advance in various strategies to unencumber the land from commercial obligations or administrative assumptions, such as taxation and regulation.

In terms of how this pathway relates to other pathways: Not seen as critical unless challenged, it is best for members to have changed their political status to Nationals - technically U.S. Citizens cannot truly “own” land. Should a challenge arise, being a National will align with the constitutional position of claiming the land patent and give greater strength to the living man or woman making the claim. If the intent is to hold land in a trust or is currently in a trust or LLC, ownership will need to be transferred to a living man or woman in order to pull forward the land patent. At this point the patent can be bestowed into trust and beneficial interest can be conveyed privately. Commercial liberations like mortgage discharge via Equity Jurisprudence may or may not be benefited by the land patent and are generally seen as functioning in two distinct and different realms of lawful affairs. Claiming the Land Patent is a fundamental milestone in advancing towards measures to liberate land from commercial instruments that may be tied to the instrument deed, providing leverage to distinguish land from commercial usury.

Now we have outlined some of the outstanding features and purposes of each of the four pathways that make up the Foundation for Self-Governance at Sacred Honor. We also identified areas for consideration of how the remedies and applications may dovetail together, or need to stand apart in certain circumstances. For example, members in the Equity Passage Pathway know not to apply the remedies shared within Equity Passage, while at the same time; also applying the remedies shared in the National Status & Passport Pathway when it comes to debt discharge. A common saying we have mentioned with our Fellows is ‘do not mix remedies’.

Many of our pathways synergize with one another, as well as support and strengthen each other when all implemented in one's life. Yet, we also suggest members be mindful of how they apply, specifically the circumstances when to only apply one remedy at a time. These synergies and special considerations are all well outlined in the Pathway agreement enrollment forms, as well as the onboarding and curricula of each Pathways, where relevant.

Questions to Consider for Prioritizing your Pathway Journeys...

Having established a high-level overview of the pathways; where they focus, and some considerations about how they interplay amongst themselves. Now, let’s aim to take a strategic view of how a member may choose to approach their priority planning of walking through learning and applying the pathways in their life.

Remember, it truly is a unique and dynamic determination process that depends on where a person is in their life's obligations, administrative capacity, as well as any pressures that may be driving them in need for applying lawful remedies to legal or financial matters they may be navigating. There is no straightforward answer that covers every member's reality when they ask: "Where should I start?” However, we can address some of the strategic considerations of where and how to start.

Here, we share some questions to ask and considerations that may inform the path of prioritization, so you can use your discretion and come to your own conclusions on what and where you might organize your walk through the pathways.

So, what are the guiding questions that would help sift through how to consider where to start and prioritize your journey through the Pathways at Sacred Honor? Let’s address some of the leading areas we explore with our members looking to lean in and choose a path of applying lawful remedies and learning self-governance…

Do you have a pressing financial or legal matter?

For some, the drive to apply lawful remedies in your life is to solve a pressing problem, and get out of the heat of debt or legal challenges. Some wait until their proverbial ‘hair is on fire’ before they take action; and although that can be quite stressful and demanding, we have found remedies and steps that can support a solution for moving forward in life. If you find yourself facing such pressures, Equity may be the best protection, as last month's article illustrates how we see it as an amazing remedy for ‘cleaning things up’ in your affairs. That said, depending on your type of issue moving assets out of public risk and into the private through Trifecta Pathway practices, or applying the affidavit of your National Status Pathway practices may be sufficient. We encourage members with pressing matters to schedule a meeting to explore your particular circumstances and see which avenue will address your scenario most effectively.

Have you applied other lawful remedies from other places?

Some members find themselves needing to reinforce or upgrade their knowledge of lawful remedies they have applied previously. Some are seeking to enhance or revise either the form, structure, or documentations done prior. This might be structural integrations; which is an area of outstanding excellence found in the Trifecta Pathway, or perhaps claim their National Status in a manner that is truly recognized (see “The Status Awakening" ebook for more details on the movement and how we stand apart) Additionally, if earlier attempts have created issues of dishonor or entanglement, Equity Jurisprudence may actually be the method to bring your name into Honor and good standing once again.

Dealing with a lot of debt?

Likely this is best addressed by learning Equity Jurisprudence and applying the lawful remedies of this superior practice. Learn the power of your signature and realize yourself as the creditor and not the debtor. Learn how to respond to ‘presentments’ and free yourself from outstanding public debts to clear your good name. National Status can sometimes be powerful here, if it’s a simple income tax debt, yet learning the spirit and application of Equity is where you will gain the greatest confidence and liberation for you and your family.

Managing a lot of assets, current businesses, inheritance or large acquisition?

This is where building your life in the private ledger creates the foundation, flows, structures, and strategy for securing your life, earnings, assets, and liabilities into the dynamic practices shared in the Trifecta Pathway. After our many years of applying lawful remedies, sharing the benefits with our members, and seeing where and how many tend to approach the process, we are finding a general consensus that - apart from any pressing and immediate issues of needing to protect and preserve assets, or navigating excessive and threatening debt or legal matters - the National Status & Passport is a marvelous first pathway to position yourself in a new standing, and orient yourself with some of the fundamental history, and apply some of the essential practices in administering your own affairs. Within a short period of time, and some simple steps, members are able to experience a key milestone in their path of self-governance.

In addition, beginning with the National Status & Passport Pathway also positions one in a strategic manner to then advance in the other pathways. Here are some valuable notations on the matter:

In practice: if you’re using Equity to discharge, stay in the lane of Equity—do not argue identity, labels, or political status inside your discharge sequence. Keep in mind that one must choose one remedy and stick with it, again do not under any circumstances mix National Status and Equity in the same matter.

Engaging the National Status & Passport Pathway first affords several benefits:

Provides jurisdictional clarity and positions members to act in the choice of navigating publicly or privately.

Prevents agencies from presuming statutory participation.

Provides a clean standing for every future action taken by the member.

Positions members to assert the record and put the system on notice rather than requesting relief.

Creates clarity and distinction from federal benefit presumptions.

Re-frames income, wages, labor, and personal property (NOT Real Estate) as private.

Makes tax presumptions easier to rebut and furnishes eminent domain arguments null and void.

Creates coherence for other Pathways, in particular the Trifecta Pathway, keeping all assets within private structures.

Equity may be invoked for additional challenges, but must NEVER be mixed with National Status.

Increases confidence, reduces fear-based responses to presentments and interactions with public agents.

Again, each of the other pathways within Sacred Honor Educational Fellowship are designed to stand independently. However, engaging the Pathways together in a strategic order can offer additional benefit, strengthen standing, and reduce friction when applying remedy in real-world matters.

We find that many members can easily tackle the Trifecta Pathway and the National Status & Passport Pathway at the same time, and enjoy some of the synergistic benefits of learning them together. Here are a couple of harmonious benefits that some of our members have experienced when stacking National Status & Passport near, or at the same time as Trifecta:

The National Status & Passport can utilized when opening a trust account in the private ledger ranter than a drivers license or other “residency-tied’ credential
Establishing private structures and strategically moving one's assets into an Administrative Trust while also lining up all the paperwork and strategies for income preservation generally work well alongside new status declaration
Building your own administrative office and establishing yourself and family all at once can assist in building new rhythms and systems of organization for optimal foundation in the lifestyle of self-governance

Remember, when choosing to move into the realm of self-governance and the private, there are various personal and practical considerations to keep in mind. Different people have different needs and priorities, which is why we offer the broad and synergistic system of the Four Pathways, what we call the Foundation for Self-Governance. Together they guide members into building a life in the private- while navigating with confidence in the public.

In further summary, recall how Equity Jurisprudence - sometimes described as “the great equalizer"- is an extraordinary law form in place to restore inequities, clear debt and legal entanglements. For members facing excessive areas in need of discharge and recovering your good name, Equity Passage Pathway is game-changing practice to equip your family estate in.

Therefore, unless facing pressing, time-sensitive issues, the Fellowship encourages members to participate in the National Status & Passport Pathway prior to deep Equity discharge work, because clarifying status and jurisdiction can provide strategic benefit alongside Equity remedies.

That said, Equity does not depend upon status to function; Equity operates on substance, honor, clean hands, and proper process. In many matters, Equity remedy can be applied effectively regardless of status—yet status can influence how the public system presumes and classifies you, which may affect friction, timing, and administrative posture.

Equity discharge is not a legal/lawful status process. Equity Discharge is a lawful process of banking regardless of status, carried out by presentment, unconditional acceptance, which creates remedy by settling the public charges and settling controversy—grounded in honor and substance. There are no claims of status made in the Equity process.

NSP is about legal status/jurisdiction classification and applicability of laws concerning this.
Equity discharge is about settlement, remedy, and lawful closure of a presentment/commercial legal claim
NSP challenges presumption and applicability of laws pertaining to legal status; Equity resolves the controversy not requiring any particular status.

In practice: if you’re using Equity to discharge, stay in the lane of Equity—do not argue identity, labels, or political status inside your discharge sequence. Keep in mind that one must choose one remedy and stick with it, again do not under any circumstances mix National Status and Equity in the same matter.

The Spirit of Self-Determination

As we close out this indepth exploration of all the various angles members can consider as they approach lawful remedies and plan their enrollment into the pathways, let us end on an important note acknowledging the Spirit of Self-Determination.

The Spirit of Self-Determination is an essential ingredient in the mindset, will, and embodiment of those who wield their inherent power and God given authority; all paramount in the lifestyle of self-governance. It is the fortitude and self-reliance that is intrinsic and mission critical to every decision and achievement you will gain on your journey in self-governance. As we say, no one can walk this path for you. Applying your administrative authority is yours to know, choose, and harness.

It is natural to face some concerns, social programming and fears during this process of choosing self-governance and building one’s life in the private. For some people, there are many layers of this - for others, there are few to none. The spirit, perseverance, focus and follow-through to complete this life-changing process is your responsibility and will require Self-Determination on your part.
